Dead Index does not currently claim FedRAMP authorization, CMMC certification, or SOC 2 attestation. Where a customer program requires specific controls, environments, contractual protections, or deployment requirements, those requirements are addressed as part of the applicable engagement.

Deadindex.com is an unclassified public website. Public demonstrations use unclassified fixtures or authorized public-source data. Do not submit classified, ITAR-controlled, export-controlled, or operational mission data through public website forms.

Software and licensing

Dead Index prioritizes permissively licensed components for deployable product paths and documents applicable third-party software licenses as part of the product architecture. License wall for models: Apache-2.0 on the shippable path. No SAM 3. No DINOv3. No Ultralytics AGPL on the product path.

Controlled programs

Programs requiring controlled data, restricted environments, or additional contractual safeguards are handled through the applicable customer agreement rather than through the public website.
