Dead Index (“we”) operates deadindex.com. This policy covers that site and the waitlist. It does not cover a deployed LOCK runtime inside a customer network.

What we collect

If you request access, we store the email address you submit, the time of submission, and standard request metadata (IP and user agent) in hosting logs. We do not ask for classified or operational media on this site.

How we use it

To reply about demos, product updates, and access. We do not sell waitlist emails. We do not use them to train models.

Processors

The site is hosted on Vercel. Waitlist records are stored in Supabase. Analytics, if added later, will be listed here before they run.

Retention and rights

We keep waitlist records until you ask to be removed, or until the list is no longer needed. Email the contact form to access, correct, or delete your address.
