Deadindex.com is Dead Index's public website and product-access portal. It is separate from software deployed within customer-controlled environments.

Demonstration access and API credentials are provided for authorized use and may be suspended or revoked for security, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not submit classified, ITAR-controlled, or another party's operational media through forms on this site. Do not probe, scrape, or overload the site or the public datasets. Unclassified fixtures on the homepage are for illustration.

No warranty

The site, the tools on it, and any demonstration are provided as-is. We do not warrant operational outcomes from this website.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Where Dead Index services are provided under a government contract or other written agreement, the terms of that agreement control in the event of a conflict with these website Terms.
