RIG
What the public package proves.
These are checks on the Gannet Rail demonstration pack GANNET-RF-001: a synthetic deck launcher and its 24-part hoist latch. Every row is computed from the frozen pack by the same functions the desk uses, and each value is asserted in the test file before a build ships. They are not Navy validation.
11 / 11 pass
| Measure | Value | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Parts in the packrig.parts | 30 · 24 in the latch assemblypass | Hoist latch LATCH-HSG, figure 12. Each part is a pickable mesh with its own identifier. |
| Order gaterig.gate | 540 checks · 18 advance · 0 wrongpass | 18 steps × 30 parts. A pick advances only when it names the step's part. 522 picks blocked. |
| IPB coveragerig.ipb | 30 / 30pass | Every part has a part number, an IPB figure and item, and a MIL-STD-3001 tag. |
| Step coveragerig.steps | 18 / 18pass | Every step is bound to one part, one 3001 part (3001-2, 3001-3, 3001-4), and at least one source that exists in the pack. |
| Source hashesrig.sources | 9 / 9 verifiedpass | SHA-256 of each frozen descriptor matches the value recorded in the pack. |
| Animation completenessrig.animation | 18 / 18pass | Every step has a keyframe track that moves the part it names. |
| Camera posesrig.cameras | 18 / 18pass | Every step has a camera pose. The Actuals view renders its still from that pose. |
| Exploded viewrig.explode | 23 / 23pass | Every assembly part below the housing carries an explode vector. |
| Export hashrig.export | 0e2ac809ab0130e7pass | JSON plus a MIL-STD-3001 work-package stub with 3001-2 (1), 3001-3 (3), 3001-4 (14). Two exports, one hash. |
| Controlled capture-to-approve runrig.run | 36 s · 18 steps · 18 picks · 0 blockedpass | RUN-2026-09-11-A, 2026-09-11. Playwright · Chrome · MacBook Pro · localhost. Wall time from desk open to Approve. Not a Navy test point. |
| Red Flag margin on that runrig.redflag | 23:59:24pass | 24:00:00 less the controlled run. The desk clock starts at session open and stops on Approve. |
How the controlled run is measured. A script opens the desk with the clock pinned, picks the part each of the 18 steps names from the parts list, and presses Approve. The desk records picks, blocked picks, and wall time from open to Approve in its receipt. The latest record, RUN-2026-09-11-A on 2026-09-11, is frozen in the package and quoted above. It measures the desk, not a maintainer, and not the Navy.
What a wrong pick does. The gate row runs every step against every part. A pick advances the animation only when it names the step's part. Everything else is blocked and counted. The desk shows the block in place; it does not move the part.
