Video, stills, voice, CAD, an illustrated parts list, configuration, a BIT log, and any work-package text that already exists. Each source keeps a hash and a time. The clock starts here.
RIG
RIG is a technical-data desk for a weapon-system procedure. The public model is original geometry for a synthetic launcher and its hoist latch. It is not built from operational CAD, and a 3D scan of customer equipment is post-award.

02
The assembly the repair touches is modelled part by part. The public latch has 24 named, individually pickable pieces, each with a part number, an illustrated-parts item, and a MIL-STD-3001 tag. Explode it, ghost the housing, or read the item callouts like a parts plate.
03
The procedure is written as steps that each name exactly one part and the sources that justify it. The public procedure is 18 steps. Each step carries a keyframe track for the part it names, so the animation is the procedure and not a separate video.
04
Click the part the step names and the animation advances. Click any other part and the desk blocks in place, flags the part, and counts the miss. The parts list keeps the required order and the operator's actual pick history side by side.
05
Interactive lets the operator orbit, pick, and explode. Actuals shows a still rendered by the desk from each step's camera pose, labelled as a stand-in for SME capture. Both sits them side by side. Scan shows the same geometry in a reconstruction look. A 3D scan of customer equipment is post-award.
06
SME and program office notes sit on the same object. Approve ships it and stops the clock. Hold keeps the clock running for a same-day revision. The receipt records steps, picks, blocked picks, elapsed time, and the package hash.
07
The package exports as JSON and as a MIL-STD-3001-shaped work-package stub with sections for principles of operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance with the illustrated parts breakdown. Same pack, same hash, every time.
