0.2.0 · hoist latch assembly

  • Hoist latch LATCH-HSG modelled as 24 named, individually pickable parts with part numbers, illustrated-parts items, and MIL-STD-3001 tags. Overview and Assembly levels.
  • Procedure expanded to 18 steps, each bound to one part, one 3001 part, and its sources. Keeper screws come out in the 1-3-2-4 cross pattern.
  • Exploded-view slider, item callouts, ghost housing, pick-to-identify callouts, step keyframe animation.
  • Parts list in required order with the operator's pick history. Wrong picks are blocked in place and counted.
  • Red Flag clock is session-relative: it starts when the desk opens and stops on Approve. Pack captured time is shown separately.
  • Actuals view replaced with stills rendered from each step's camera pose and labelled as a stand-in. Both view sits them beside the live model.
  • Receipt with steps, picks, blocked picks, elapsed time, and package hash. JSON and 3001 XML export.
  • 11 measured checks on Benchmarks and /api/rig/health, including a frozen controlled capture-to-approve run.
